David Palombo, President & CEO
David, a visionary, entrepreneur and seasoned executive with over 30 years of leadership in the power technology sector, is the driving force behind AVEOX. With broad technical expertise and strategic insight, he translates innovative ideas into commercially successful power-to-motion products. David’s exceptional track record has made AVEOX synonymous with innovation, reliability and efficiency.
Jorge Sanguinetti, Chief Engineer
Jorge is a results-driven professional engineer known for bringing new products to market. A veteran of commercial and military avionics, he played pivotal roles in high-stakes projects, most notably as chief engineer for Virgin Galactic’s SS2 Spaceship Unity project. At AVEOX, Jorge uses his skills in embedded systems software, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), design for manufacturability, and R&D to expertly guide projects from concept to completion.
Daniel Skerker, Director of Engineering
Dan is a strategic leader with sharp analytical skills and a keen ability to optimize processes and procedures. Throughout his accomplished career, he has held key roles, including lead engineer for Virgin Galactic’s White Knight 2 Spacecraft program. At AVEOX, Dan provides strategic guidance to the executive team and employees while driving critical initiatives that shape the company’s success.
Jeff Sarian, Chief Operating Officer
Jeff Sarian is a results-driven executive with extensive leadership experience in aerospace, manufacturing, operations, and business strategy. As Chief Operating Officer of AVEOX, he helps shape corporate strategy, strengthen operational performance, and align teams around key business objectives.
Known for his dedication, loyalty, and disciplined leadership, Jeff focuses on accountability, execution, customer relationships, and continuous improvement. He combines strategic thinking with a hands-on understanding of operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and financial performance.
