Single Shot Mine Disposal System
A critical tool in navel reconnaissance, this system assists in the neutralization of underwater mines in some of the world’s most dangerous underwater environments. Aveox designs and manufactures advanced brushless direct current (BLDC) propulsion motors and controllers that power these torpedo-like vehicles that seek out and destroy underwater threats 4X faster than conventional remotely-controlled mine disposal vehicles.
Advanced Optical and Gimbal Targeting Systems
AVEOX designs and manufactures high-performance motors and controllers for optical and gimbal targeting systems. Our proprietary technology delivers ultra-precise targeting images with minimal torque ripple, while advanced digital correction eliminates distortions due to low-light or camera angle – critical for sensors mounted on moving vehicles.

Static Line Retrieval Winch
AVEOX makes the motor and controller for automatic retrieval of the static line attached to an aircraft to assist with parachute jumps. Used to deploy the parachute when the parachutist exits the plane, after the jump, the line pulls back to be ready for the next jumper. This device also provides critical safety, minimizing the risk of a parachutist getting tangled in the line and allowing quick retrieval of the parachutist should an entanglement occur.

Boeing 787
AVEOX technology plays a crucial role in multiple systems aboard the Boeing 787. Our advanced motor and controller solutions are integrated into key systems including liquid cooling for power electronics, galley and forward cargo, potable water pump, waste tank vacuum generator, fuel metering pump for the auxiliary power unit (APU) and backup landing gear deployment pump.


Inflight WiFi Antenna
AVEOX advanced brushless DC motors power inflight satellite communication systems in commercial aircraft, enabling high-speed data transfer and two-way communication on the Ku/Ka Satcom bands. Our custom design delivers smooth linear motion along a curved path with exceptional precision, supporting uninterrupted inflight internet access and data connectivity for passengers and crew while operating reliably within an extended temperature range of -55°C to 74°C.
Guided Missile Systems
AVEOX motor technology plays a critical role in guided missile targeting and actuation systems. Weapons Ejection/Seeker Head Cooling
Infrared seekers, integral to many missile guidance systems, rely on detecting minute temperature differences to accurately identify and lock onto target heat signatures. AVEOX’s proprietary motor, designed as part of a high-pressure gas generation system for seeker head cooling and weapon ejection, features an ultra-reliable bearing system, a complex sealing solution, and specialized housing geometry.
Paladin Integrated Management (PIM) Program
AVEOX is proud to contribute to the modernization of the Paladin combat vehicle, supplying high-performance brushless DC motors for radial and axial fans in the Environmental Control Systems (ECS) and a custom motor controller for the compressor. Designed for extreme durability, these components are ruggedized to withstand road shock, gun firing shock and ballistic shock, ensuring reliable operation in demanding combat environments.


Shipboard Electric Powered Gun
AVEOX’s motor controller, featuring active power factor correction, is set to revolutionize naval weaponry. By replacing legacy pneumatics with an electric powered design, the system will deliver significantly greater velocity and power density. This breakthrough will dramatically enhance projectile kinetic energy, acceleration and range, far surpassing performance of traditional naval weapons.
