The Power of AVEOX’s Intelligent Software-Driven Motion Control Systems
Improving Motion Control Accuracy with Intelligent Software-Driven Strategies
Traditional controllers often rely on process modeling, which can lead to inaccuracies when process parameters are imprecise or highly dynamic.
At AVEOX, Our Intelligent Software-Driven Control Solutions Address This Challenge
Our proprietary software provides advanced, intelligent motion control tailored for dynamic and demanding applications. Key benefits include:
- Precise position, speed and torque control
- Robust accuracy even with unknown or imprecise process models
- Compact, programmable electronics with embedded software
Sensored vs. Sensorless Motion Control: A Comparison
We design and build both sensored and sensorless motion controllers to meet a variety of application requirements.
Sensored Motion Control
Best suited for Field-Oriented Control (FOC) designs, sensored systems rely on hardware feedback to determine rotor position. Key components include:
- Hall-effect sensors-based commutation detects magnetic field polarity changes as the rotor rotates
- Positional encoders-based commutation can also be used to provide rotor feedback
- Full analog control or FOC tuning kit using dedicated software to optimize control of key variables
Sensorless Motion Control
Available for trapezoidal or FOC drives, sensorless systems eliminate the need for physical sensors by relying on software-based solutions. Highlights include:
- Rotor position is determined from either back-EMF or phase currents induced in the stator windings.
- Utilizes advanced software algorithms to achieve accurate and reliable control.
